My Story
I grew up curious about natural medicine and how the body works. When I began studying Chinese medicine, everything clicked for me. I liked the way it explained pain, stress, digestion, and emotional patterns in a clear, practical way.
I worked in clinics in Victoria and later moved to Canada, where I gained experience with a wide range of patients and health concerns. When my family and I moved to Queensland, we settled in Hervey Bay and started building a new life here. Opening my clinic on the Esplanade has been one of the most rewarding parts of my career.
My Approach to Treatment
When someone comes to see me, I listen first. I want to know what is going on in their life, what they have tried before, and what their goals are. I then build a treatment plan that suits their needs. This may include:
My aim is simple: help you move better, feel better, and enjoy life more.
What You Can Expect in My Clinic
My clinic is designed to feel warm, calm, and comfortable. I want people to walk in and feel at ease straight away. I use soft lighting, relaxing music, and clean treatment spaces to support a sense of rest.
I take the time to explain what I am doing and why. Many people tell me they feel deeply relaxed during treatment. Some even fall asleep, which I take as a compliment.
Conditions I Commonly See
I help people with many different health concerns, but I often work with:
I see each person as an individual. I do not use the same plan for everyone because your symptoms, history, and lifestyle tell your own story.
Why I Enjoy This Work
Chinese medicine gives me a practical and meaningful way to help people. I see the change it may bring to pain levels, stress, sleep, and quality of life. That is why I enjoy doing this work every day.
Building long-term relationships with patients matters to me. Many people come in for pain or stress at first, then stay for general wellbeing. I feel grateful to be part of their health journey.
